1. Subscription Overview

To support a consistent personal journey, we offer recurring delivery options for our traditional botanical blends. You can choose to have your order automatically renewed and shipped every 1, 2, or 3 months.

2. Management & Cancellation

You have full control over your subscriptions. You can manage, pause, or cancel your recurring orders at any time through our secure Customer Portal.

  • Cut-off Time: To avoid being charged for your next scheduled delivery, you must cancel or pause your subscription at least 48 hours before your next billing date.
  • Post-Billing: If a cancellation is made after the billing has been processed and the order has been dispatched, the order is governed by our standard [Return Policy].

3. How to Access Your Portal

We use a secure, passwordless login system to ensure your data is protected and easy to access:

  1. Visit the Portal: Go to https://account.robertoinner.com/.
  2. Enter Your Email: Use the email address associated with your original order.
  3. One-Time Code: A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your inbox. This code is valid for 15 minutes.
  4. Manage: Once logged in, navigate to the "Subscriptions" section. Here you can update your frequency, swap products, or cancel your renewal with a few clicks.

4. Payment & Billing

By choosing a subscription, you authorize RobertoInner to charge your selected payment method at the frequency chosen. We will notify you via email of any price changes at least 14 days in advance.

5. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, we will attempt to contact you to update your details. If the payment is not resolved within 10 days, your subscription will be automatically paused.
