Shipping policy
Our Logistics & Geographic Scope To ensure the highest quality and compliance, we ship all orders for our traditional botanical blends from our base in Spain. Currently, we exclusively serve the Schengen Area to ensure efficient delivery and respect for regional regulations.
1. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
- You will receive a notification if there is any significant delay in processing your order.
2. Shipping Geographic Area
- We ship exclusively to countries within the Schengen Area.
- We do not ship to countries outside of this zone or to non-Schengen international destinations at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order vary based on the destination country and will be calculated and displayed automatically at checkout.
- Within Spain: [2–4] business days.
- Other Schengen Countries: [5–10] business days.
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to local carrier schedules.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
- The tracking number will typically be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages
- If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at roberto@robertoinner.com.
- Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods so we can resolve the issue with the carrier.
