Refund policy
1. Traditional Immersion Cancellation and Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer a fair and transparent cancellation policy for our cultural immersion experiences.
1.1 Cancellations by Participants
Refunds and transfer options are based on the timing of the cancellation request:

More than 21 days before the experience start date:
- A 5% administrative fee applies.
- The remaining amount can be refunded or fully transferred to a future experience within one year.

14 to 21 days before the experience start date:
- A 15% cancellation fee applies.
- The remaining amount can be refunded or transferred to a future experience within one year.

5 to 13 days before the experience start date:
- A 33% cancellation fee applies.
- The remaining amount can be fully transferred to a future experience within one year but is non-refundable.

Less than 5 days before the experience start date:
- The payment is non-refundable but can be transferred once to a future experience.
- If the participant cancels again after transferring, the payment is forfeited.
1.2 Cancellations by the Organizer
If the experience is canceled by the organizer, participants can choose to:
- Transfer their booking to a future experience at no additional cost.
- Receive a full refund without penalties.
2. Botanical Product Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, and in its original, sealed packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
2.2 Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
2.3 Exchanges
To exchange an item, return your original purchase first. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
2.4 European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility requirements (unopened/sealed) listed above.
2.5 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
